1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to our website, the Hyperscaler web application, and related services. It covers visitors, account holders and the people who work in an account (for example your team members).
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), company name, website, role.
- Business profile and knowledge you add: brand details, product and audience descriptions, documents, images and logos, brand voice.
- Billing details: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Braintree, a PayPal service). We receive a payment token, card brand, last four digits, billing name and country, and invoice history.
- Communications: messages to support, feedback, survey responses.
- Content you create: ad creatives, copy, campaign drafts, chat conversations with Eva (our AI assistant).
2.2 Information from accounts you connect (with your permission)
When you click "Connect", you authorise us through the platform's own login screen. We never see your Facebook, Instagram or Google password.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the access token you grant; your ad accounts, Pages and Instagram business accounts you select; campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets, audiences, targeting settings, leads you ask us to retrieve, and performance data (spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, revenue). Permissions we request: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_ads; and, where you use the feature, leads_retrieval, pages_messaging and catalog_management.
- Google: the access token you grant for Google Ads; your Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, conversions and performance data.
- Other tools you choose to connect (for example CRM tools, Slack, analytics): the data needed for that feature, limited to what you authorise.
We only read or change what you ask us to, and only for the accounts you select.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, features used, timestamps, error reports.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2.4 Public advertising information
To power competitor research we may read publicly available ads from ad libraries (such as the Meta Ad Library). This is public information about advertisers, not personal data about our users.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the service: create, publish, edit, pause and report on campaigns in the accounts you connect.
- Generate AI content and recommendations: ad copy, images, audience suggestions, budget and optimisation suggestions.
- Show you your performance data in real time and in reports.
- Process payments, manage credits and send invoices.
- Keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix bugs.
- Contact you about your account, security and service changes. Marketing emails only if you agree; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the product using aggregated or de-identified usage data.
- Comply with law.
Our legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply): performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent (for example marketing and optional cookies), and legal obligations.
4. Data from Meta and Google: specific commitments
- We use data from Meta and Google only to provide and improve the features you asked for, inside Hyperscaler.
- We do not sell this data. We do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks or any third party for their own use.
- We do not use it to build profiles of individual people, or for surveillance, or for any purpose that is unrelated to managing your own advertising.
- We do not combine one customer's platform data with another's to identify or target individuals.
- Employees can access it only when needed to support you or keep the service running, and access is logged.
- You can disconnect an account at any time; we then stop accessing it and delete the stored access token immediately. You can also ask us to delete the related data (see "Your choices" and /data-deletion).
Google API Services User Data Policy - Limited Use disclosure:
Hyperscaler's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
(In plain words: we use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of Hyperscaler, we do not transfer it to others except to provide those features, comply with law, or as part of a merger with notice, we do not use it for serving ads, and humans do not read it unless you give consent, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires.)
Our use of information received from Meta's APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Artificial intelligence
- Hyperscaler uses AI models from third-party providers to generate text, images, audio transcriptions and recommendations, and to answer questions in chat.
- When you use an AI feature, the content needed for that request (for example your prompt, brand details and relevant campaign data) is sent to the provider to produce a response.
- Under our agreements with these providers, the data we send through their business APIs is not used to train their models.
- We do not use your content or your ad account data to train our own models.
- AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before it is published. Publishing to your ad accounts always follows the approval and automation settings you choose.
- Ads and campaigns are changed in your accounts only after your approval, unless you have turned on an automation setting that allows Eva to act on your behalf.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run Hyperscaler, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Payment processing: Braintree (PayPal).
- AI processing: Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Cloud hosting, databases and file storage: our infrastructure providers.

- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; we will tell you and the new owner must honour this policy.
We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal information.
10. Security
