1. What cookies are

Small text files stored on your device. "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on):

• Sign-in and session cookies: keep you logged in to the Hyperscaler app and protect against forgery.
• Security cookies: detect abuse and protect the service.
• Preference storage: remember settings such as cookie consent (hs_cookie_consent in local storage) and demo attribution for the booking flow (hs_attribution in session storage).

Analytics (only with your consent):

• Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5924W98N) loads on every visit so the tag container can run. Analytics tags inside it (for example Google Analytics 4 cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, and _gid) only store data after you accept analytics cookies, via Google Consent Mode.
• First-party landing events sent to our own /api/landing/* endpoints do not set third-party cookies; they run only after analytics consent.

Marketing (only with your consent):

• Through the same Google Tag Manager container we may load Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure our own advertising. Those tags can set cookies or pixels such as _fbp, _fbc, and Google Ads conversion cookies.

Booking widget (when you open Book a Demo):

• Calendly's embed loads on the demo booking page so you can schedule a call. Calendly may set its own cookies on calendly.com; those are governed by Calendly's policies.

3. Your choices

• Cookie banner: choose Accept, Reject or Manage. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off because the service would not work.
• Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies; some features may stop working.
• Opt out links: Google Analytics opt-out add-on; Meta ad settings.

4. How long

Session cookies end when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last up to 13 months.
